This place has the best Bacon and Egg burgers I have found in Perth.

Light fluffy gourmet buns dusted with flour and not too thick. Delicious chutney with watercress and celery and generally served with runny egg yolks Yum! The coffee is above average as well - worth making a trip for.

Rod Cousins

Nice coffee & Florentine. Only take-away coffee & basic service (very friendly) but very nice ambience. Worth a try. Wednesday - Sunday closing at 2:00 pm.

Swan Kayakers

Visited 23/1/21. Situated within Garvey Park in Ascot. Sharing the same building as Ascot Kayak club. We like the casual, outdoor and open atmosphere of the kiosk. Staff are friendly and professional. Considering there were 40+ of us turning up all at once, service was fantastic.
